Jennifer O'Neal
Director - Soprano
Conductor and scholar Jennifer O’Neal is the Director of Bardic Inspiration, the Assistant Director of the Livingston County Chorale, and the director of the Belleville Community Chorus. She completed her Master’s degree at Eastern Michigan University, and has pursued various musical interests including directing music for Shakespeare in the Arb, teaching private voice lessons, and arranging music, as well as performing with dozens of different ensembles through her years of experience. Now, she is thrilled to be near her hometown making music with Bardic Inspiration and helping her community thrive through the arts.

Carly Gordon
Founder - Alto
Carly has participated in vocal ensembles, musicals, and various staged performances since childhood and has served on the board of a non-profit vocal group. She has a Bachelor’s of Science in Communication and Marketing and currently works in business development and growth operations during the day.

Elizabeth Freiheit
Founder - Soprano
Elizabeth has founded and/or led three vocal ensembles such as Bardic inspiration, and has participated in many large and small vocal ensembles. With a degree in Early Modern European history, she relishes her study of early music and dress. She has typeset over 200 works sourced from early printings and produced many historical costumes.
